Screening

Toll compaction has a variety of screening options that can be catered to our customers manufacturing needs.

Blending

Toll Compaction has numerous stainless steel ribbon blenders of various sizes at both their NJ and Ohio facilities.

Pelletizing

Our plant in NJ has two Century 100 California Pellet Mills located in two separate, dedicated processing rooms. A pellet mill works by feeding powdered material into the rolls of the pellet mill.

Dry Granulation

Toll Compaction has 5 processing rooms in the NJ plant used for dry granulation, three of which are dedicated to food and nutritional products.

Size Reduction

Toll Compaction offers various styles of mechanical mills that can be used to delump, granulate, or pulverize a wide variety of solids.
